Matthew B. Wealcatch primarily represents real estate developers in the acquisition of land, construction loans, drafting of condominium and homeowner association documents, and counsels them in the development process. Mr. Wealcatch represents his clients in the negotiation of development agreements with investors, project architects, general contractors and engineers. He also represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions and lease matters, along with lenders and borrowers in all types of financing transactions.

Mr. Wealcatch advises various corporate entities in the formation process, purchase and sale of business assets, stock purchases, membership participation interest purchases, as well as the negotiation and preparation of shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements. He is also an authorized agent of prominent national title insurance underwriters.

Mr. Wealcatch received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University (SUNY) in Binghamton, NY. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a Senior Staff Member of Hofstra Law Review. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Washington D.C. Bar. Mr. Wealcatch is active in the local community with memberships in various organizations.
